The method comprises the following steps: installing a first image sensor, a second image sensor and a pressure sensor; acquiring the posture characteristic information of a driver sample in an initialized position and time as well as the corresponding chair attitude data, steering wheel attitude data, attitude data of internal and external rear view mirrors and safety belt attitude data when the driver adjusts to the optimal sitting posture; establishing a database; acquiring the posture characteristic information of the current driver, matching the current driver acquired by measurement with the driver sample stored in the database, thereby searching out the driver sample proximate to the posture characteristic information of the current driver in the initialized position and time; and adjusting the chair attitude, steering wheel attitude, attitudes of the internal and external rearview mirrors and safety belt attitude of the current driver.
