Abstract

The invention discloses an electrical stimulation current real-time monitoring device and a monitoring method based on a magneto-acoustic coupling effect. The electrical stimulation current real-time monitoring device comprises an N pole magnet and an S pole magnet, wherein an ultrasonic sector probe is arranged beside a static magnetic field, and in addition, an amplifier, a filter, an acquisition processor and a display, which are sequentially connected in series, are arranged beside the static magnetic field; a signal input end of the amplifier is connected to a signal output end of the ultrasonic sector probe; a triggering signal output end of the acquisition processor is connected to a signal input end of an electrical stimulator; and a signal output end of the electrical stimulator is connected to positive and negative electrodes. An output signal of the electrical stimulator, on a time axis, is composed of marking pulse and stimulating pulse; the marking pulse is achieved by a high-frequency pulse, and the central frequency of marking pulse width is consistent with a measuring frequency band of the ultrasonic sector probe; a triggering output signal of the acquisition processor is synchronous with a magnetic stimulating output signal of the electrical stimulator; and an acquisition triggering moment of the acquisition processor is identical to a marking pulse starting moment. With the application of the electrical stimulation current real-time monitoring device and the monitoring method provided by the invention, tissue current distribution characteristics of electrical stimulation can be monitored, and positioned stimulation in specific nerve areas can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a real-time monitoring device for electric stimulation current. In particular, it relates to a real-time monitoring device and method for electric stimulation current based on magnetoacoustic coupling effect. Background technique [0002] Electrophysiology plays an important role in the study of the structure and function of the nervous system. In particular, electrical stimulation, as a means of regulating nerve excitability, has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases, such as the diagnosis of neuromuscular transmission disorders, the treatment of loss of sensory function and motor paralysis, pain and epilepsy. control etc. Commonly used electrical stimulation techniques mainly use patch electrodes to stick on the surface of the skin or use needle electrodes to insert into the tissue to apply current to the tissue. When the current is greater than the nerve excitation threshold, nerve excitatio...
