Problems solved by technology

However, the stimulation modes stored in these devices are only limited in several forms, and the joint movement of the human body is completed by the coordinated contraction of muscle groups. The action potential signal generated by electrical stimulation can simulate normal movement and improve the rehabilitation effect. In the process, it is necessary to change the stimulation site and stimulation parameters of the muscles in real time, and to stimulate different muscle nerves in an asynchronous manner, which can prevent the muscles from adapting due to the small change rate of the stimulation intensity, and has great prospects for reducing fatigue. The existing technology does not take this into account

Abstract

The invention discloses an electrical stimulation rehabilitation device on the basis of feedback control on angle information and electromyographic signals. The device comprises a plurality of groups of electrical stimulation channels, an electromyographic signal processing module, an angle transmission module, a controller and an electrical stimulation output module, wherein each group of electrical stimulation channels comprises a plurality of electrode plates arranged on the same muscle; the electromyographic signal processing module is used for extracting characteristic values of electromyographic signals acquired by the electrode plates; the angle transmission module is used for detecting a motion angle value of a lower limb; the controller is used for determining muscle stimulation positions and stimulation parameters in a next step according to the motion angle value of the lower limb, amending the stimulation parameters according to the characteristic values of the electromyographic signals and generating electrical stimulation pulses; the electrical stimulation output module is used for outputting the electrical stimulation pulses to the corresponding electrode plates. The invention also discloses an electrical stimulation method on the basis of the feedback control on the angle information and the electromyographic signals. According to the invention, not only is closed-loop control of electrical stimulation implemented, but also effectiveness of the stimulation on muscles is sufficiently considered, the stimulation effect is always in an optimal state, muscle fatigue is effectively reduced, and electrical stimulation rehabilitation training time is prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to an electrical stimulation rehabilitation device and method based on angle information and myoelectric signal feedback control. Background technique [0002] The central nervous system, including the brain and spinal cord, governs and controls all human behavior, including limb movements. When a muscle contracts in a normal person, the action potential signal is generated by the central nervous system, transmitted to the peripheral nerve, and then transmitted to the muscle to be contracted through the synapse. For patients with stroke and spinal cord injury, due to the interruption of the central nervous system pathway, the signal cannot be transmitted to the corresponding muscle group, so normal motor function cannot be realized. Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) uses low-frequency current pulses to stimulate muscles that have lost nerve control, causing muscle con...
