Abstract

The rolling oil comprises, by weight, 75% to 82% of synthetic ester, 4% to 8% of a surfactant compound, 1.5% to 4% of a phosphide anti-wear agent compound, 7.5% to 15% of a sulfide extreme-pressure antifriction agent compound, 0.75% to 1.25% of a metal deactivator and 0.25 % to 0.75% of an anti-rust agent. The invention also provides a preparation method for the rolling oil applicable to the cold-rolled ultra-thin sheet. Compared with the prior art, the rolling oil provided by the invention has the advantage of capacity of improving lubricity, annealing detergence and detergency and reducing cost.
