This approach is greatly influenced by climatic factors
[0009] Other treatment methods, such as using electric heating belts to prevent freezing damage to grape vines through low-voltage electric heating, or using plastic greenhouses to resist wind and cold to prevent grape vines from dehydration and frost damage, can only be used on a small scale. Cost is too high to be used in large area grape plantations

Embodiment 1

[0035] A cold-proof overwintering method for vines:

[0036] 1. Grape varieties to be tested: Italian grapes (Beida cold-resistant rootstock seedlings); test location: an area where the absolute minimum temperature in winter is -17°C;

[0037] 2. After the leaves of the vines have fallen, the vines are pruned: according to the bud eye quality, frame type, branch growth advantage, and cultivation density of the mother branches, the length of the fruiting mother branches is determined;

[0038] 3. Spray lime sulfur at 3-5° Baume on the pruned vines;

[0039]4. Irrigate the vines with frozen water 20 days before the soil is frozen: dig 6 holes with a diameter of 20 cm and a depth of 20 cm in the tree tray, fill them with water, and restore the soil after the water seeps through;

[0040] 5. Fix the vines on the iron wire 60cm above the ground (see attached figure 2 );

Abstract

The invention relates to a cold-proof overwintering method for grape vines. The method comprises the following steps: fixing the grape vines onto a fixing device which is away from the ground by the height of 40-50 cm before freezing-up of soil; covering the soil with non-woven fabrics in the planting row direction; and compacting two ends of each non-woven fabric with soil, wherein the non-woven fabrics are filament non-woven fabrics, and the specification of the non-woven fabrics is 500-700 g / m<2>. The method can have windproof, moisturizing, insulating and cold-proof effects effectively, and meanwhile has effects of simplicity in operation, capability of saving time and labor, cost reduction, and reduction of damage to branches, eyes and root systems of the grape vines.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of grape planting, in particular to a cold-proof and overwintering method for grapevines. Background technique [0002] Grapes occupy an important position in the production of fruit trees in my country and even in the world. At present, my country's grape planting area is 8.2 million mu, with an output of 8.55 million tons, ranking second in the world. Fresh grapes rank first in the world, accounting for the world's fresh food 23.5% of the total grape production. [0003] Compared with most of the grape-growing regions in the world, the dominant grape-producing regions in my country, especially the dominant producing regions of Asian and European grapes, are mostly distributed in the Northwest, North China and Northeast China. [0004] Grapes originated in the temperate zone and belong to temperature-loving crops. Their epidermal tissue is loose and their pores are large. In winter and spring, they are easily affecte...
