A preparation method of an amphiphobic composite material comprises the steps of under an alkaline condition, inan ethanol-water mixture solvent, mixing nanometer TiO2 and nanometer SiO2 for the first time, and obtaining dispersion liquid of the nanometer TiO2 and the nanometer SiO2; then introducing a fluorine-containing silicon coupling agent into the dispersion liquid of the nanometer TiO2 and the nanometer SiO2, and mixing for the second time.
