After optimization using response surface methodology, the resulting membrane achieves a pure water flux of 2180 L / m² / h and a piezoelectric coefficient d₃₃ of 30.2 pC / N under optimal conditions. Driven by a 10 V, 50 Hz AC electric field, the composite membrane exhibits a localized inverse piezoelectric response at the pore edges, reducing the fouling layer thickness by approximately 30% and increasing the steady-state flux by approximately 184%, demonstrating excellent in-situ antifouling performance. This method has a simple preparation process and uses environmentally friendly materials, which can provide a functional membrane material basis for MBR membrane fouling control in municipal and industrial wastewater.
