The method provided by the invention has the beneficial effects of high accuracy, high simplicity and high practicality; the membrane measurement isnondestructive; the testing precision can be improved, and errors caused by membrane nonuniformity can be reduced; and changes in electrochemical properties of the membrane and an interface of the membrane during the membrane fouling can be effectively represented.

The antireflection film comprises a transparentsubstrate, an adhesive layer, a first Nb2O5 layer, a first SiO2 layer, a second Nb2O5 layer, a second SiO2 layer and an anti-fouling layer, wherein the first Nb2O5 layer, the first SiO2 layer, the second Nb2O5 layer, the second SiO2 layer and the anti-fouling layer are orderly arranged from the transparent substrate. The first Nb2O5 layer is 28 nm to 33 nm in optical film thickness. The first SiO2layer is 43nm-57 nm in optical film thickness. The second Nb2O5 layer is 264-288 nm in optical film thickness. The second SiO2 layer is 11 nm -129 nm in optical film thickness.
