The method has the advantages of adjusting the steam temperature of the boiler by using the high-temperature flue gas, enhancing convective heat transfer, increasing the steam temperature of the boiler, improving the heat efficiency of the boiler and the denitration rate, increasing the CO2 content after the high-temperature flue gas is cooled, reducing emission load of NOx, lowering CO2 capturing and collecting cost, and meeting the national energy conservation and environmental protection standard.

The invention discloses a shell and tube heat exchanger with fluid media duplex helicoidal flowing inside and outside a heat exchange tube, which consists of a shell sealed by an end enclosure, a shell side inlet and a shell side inlet which are arranged on the side wall of the shell, a close board A and a close board B which are arranged on two ends inside the shell, a tube side inlet and a tube side outlet which arranged on the end enclosure, a traverse baffle arranged inside the shell, and a plurality of heat exchange tubes which are arranged between the close board A and the close board B in parallel, wherein, heat exchange tube comprises an outer tube, a core tube and an inner fin which is circularly embedded between the outer tube and the core tube around the tube core; the traverse baffle is a helical traverse baffle communicating the shell side inlet and the shell side outlet; the traverse baffle, the shell side inlet and the shell side outlet form a vertical helical type shell side circulating channel; the inner fin is formed by bending a corrugated inner fin plate, and a vertical helical type inner fin tube between the outer tube and the core tube is formed; and the vertical helical type inner fin tube is communicated with the tube side inlet and the tube side outlet to form a circulating channel in tube. The invention has a simple and reasonable structure, and can decrease the occurring of low flow resistance and scale formation while strengthening the performance of heat transfer and heat exchange of shell side and tube side.

Suspension body of hot water circulating pump provided with groove structure on inner wall surface

The invention relates to a suspension body of a hot water circulating pump provided with a groove structure on an inner wall surface. The suspension body comprises a suspension body, a shaft sleeve, a pump spindle, a guide bearing and an annular radiating fin, wherein rectangular grooves which are identical in structure and size are machined on the inner wall surface of the suspension body, heat transfer of fluid in an annular gap formed by the suspension body and the pump spindle is enhanced, the heat of a high-temperature medium is transferred to the ambient environment effectively, the annular radiating fin is arranged on the periphery of the outer wall surface of the suspension body, the heat of the high-temperature medium transmitted to the suspension body is transmitted into the ambient air, and the heat of the high-temperature fluid in a pump body cannot be transmitted to a mechanical seal and a bearing which are arranged behind the pump body, through the suspension body. When the hot water circulating pump works, an impeller operating region with higher temperature and a mechanical seal and bearing working region are separated through the suspension body, so that the heat of the high-temperature medium transmitted to the mechanical seal is insufficient to influence the sealing life, the guide bearing at the front end of the suspension body has a self-lubricating function, and the guide bearing is lubricated by a conveying medium through a groove on the pump spindle. The suspension body, provided by the invention, is used for modifying the conventional hot water circulating pump, thereby realizing air-cooling of the hot water circulating pump.

The invention discloses a built-in spring tubular reactor. A gland of a shell is provided with heat exchange carrier inlet and outlet; the gland is connected with the shell through a flange; the shell is provided with reaction material inlet and outlet; an S-shaped reaction tube, a spring and a baffle plate are arranged inside the shell; the S-shaped reaction tube comprises a horizontal straight pipe and a U-shaped connecting pipe; the horizontal straight pipe is connected with the U-shaped connecting pipe through a pipe flange; the spring is fixed in the horizontal straight pipe; a metal slender rod is embedded into the pipe flange; one end of the S-shaped reaction tube is connected with the reaction material outlet, and the other end of the S-shaped reaction tube is connected with the reaction material inlet. The built-in spring tubular reactor has the advantages that: the built-in spring tubular reactor has temperature conductivity higher than that of the normal tubular reactor, can effectively prevent coalescence of bubbles and formation of plug flow of gas-liquid two-phase section, and can operate reliably for a long term under the condition that fluid gas content is high. Even through under the condition of low mean velocity, the built-in spring tubular reactor also has a good reaction effect. The built-in spring tubular reactor is suitable to be used for generating gas in the reaction process and forming the reaction process of gas-liquid two-phase flow.

The invention discloses a glass tube bundle and porous medium composite structure solar absorber which comprises a solar absorber shell, wherein a quartz glass window is formed in one end of the solar absorber shell, and a medium outlet is formed in the other end of the solar absorber shell; the solar absorber shell and the quartz glass window are connected into a whole, and a cavity is formed between the solar absorber shell and the quartz glass window; glass tube bundles and porous media are sequentially arranged inside the cavity along the solar incident direction; a preheating channel is formed among the solar absorber shell, the glass tube bundles and the porous media; a first medium inlet is formed in one end of the preheating channel; and after preheated in the preheating channel, the media converge sunlight at the second medium inlet so as to enter the glass tube bundles. Because the glass tube bundles are small in solar absorption and small in external radiation energy, the thermal efficiency of the system is improved. Meanwhile, the incident sunlight is transmitted to the porous medium by the glass tube bundles, so that medium distribution is matched with sunlight flow density, while the porous medium is mainly capable of converting solar radiation energy into internal energy of working media; and therefore, the problem that the existing porous medium solar absorber is low in thermal efficiency and reliability is effectively solved.

The annealing and cooling treatment system can improve product quality, and reduce deformation, burst and other defects of the products.
