alloy preparation, in particular to a method for rapidly preparing an aluminum-
manganese alloy mother liquor. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly crushing

ladle before electrolytic aluminum is tapped; then, performing aluminum tapping work, adding high-temperature electrolytic aluminum liquid from the top of the vacuum aluminum tapping

alloy mother liquor, then transferring the vacuum aluminum tapping
ladle after the high-temperature electrolytic aluminum liquid is added to a melting and
casting workshop, and obtaining the uniform aluminum-manganese alloy
mother liquor. By using the method, the
absorption rate and absorption speed of element manganese are more optimal,
pollution caused by
fluorine to the environment in the preparation process is eliminated, aluminum and manganese are automatically high-temperature stirred, uniformly mixed,
dross is emptied, and uniformization is realized, and the like, the production cost is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and energy waste is reduced.
