The invention discloses a novel automatic charging device and method for a powdered material under a high-temperature vacuum environment, and solves the problem that each component of a novel alloy material as well as metal or nonmetal parts in a vacuum oven are easily oxidized at a high temperature in a conveying process of the powdered material. The novel automatic charging device comprises a vacuum stock bin arranged outside the vacuum oven, a feeding assembly connected with a discharge hole of the vacuum stock bin and used for feeding the powdered material into a crucible; and a gas exhaust valve used for vacuum-pumping is arranged between the vacuum stock bin and the vacuum system. With the adoption of the structure, the feeding device and the vacuum oven realize automatic conveying of the powdered material subjected to vacuum casting through a novel alloy powder liquid process under the vacuum environment, so that each component of the novel alloy material as well as the metal or nonmetal parts in the vacuum oven are not oxidized at the high temperature, a vacuum casting process of the novel alloy material is guaranteed; and meanwhile, the service life of a vacuum casting oven is prolonged, and efficiency utilization maximization is realized.
