A gap of the first connection part (17) is formed between the first wedge part (16) and the first track part (15), so the first track part (15) guides the second wedge part (26) in the state of clamping a linear body (L) between the first wedge part (16). A gap of the second connection part (27) is formed between the second wedge part (26) and the second track part (25), so the second track part (25) guides the first wedge part (16) in the state of clamping the linear body (L) between the second wedge part (26). By use of the holding device (10), load of work for holding the linear body can be reduced.
