Abstract

The invention discloses a pleurotus eryngii culture medium which provides a carbon source and a nitrogen source required by growth of an edible mushroom by utilizing brewer grains and saw dust, so that hypha growth is dense; fruiting body formation is early; button formation is facilitated; cellulose and lignin required by the growth of the edible mushroom are increased; the saw dust can adjust the viscosity and the humidity of the brewer grains; the air permeability is improved; the culture medium is granulated; an oxygen demand of hypha production is met; quicklime is used for adjusting potential of hydrogen (pH) of the brewer grains; gypsum can continuously neutralize organic acid generated by metabolism in a growth process of the edible mushroom; pH in the culture medium can be adjusted; and a pH value of a growth environment of the hypha of the edible mushroom is stabilized within a certain range. When pleurotus eryngii is cultured by the pleurotus eryngii culture medium, the pleurotus eryngii is stable in fruiting and high in yield. A formula is low in cost; a novel approach for recycling the brewer grains is opened; a high added value of distiller grains is created; environmental pollution is reduced; and an economic benefit is very high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to edible fungus cultivation techniques, in particular to a pleurotus eryngii cultivation substrate and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Distiller's grains are the main by-product of wine production. All distiller's grains have high organic matter content, high degree of natural aging, and rich residual nutrients. For example, distiller's grains are rich in protein, cellulose, amino acids and trace elements. At present, the intensive and comprehensive utilization of distiller's grains in small and medium-sized enterprises has not yet been realized. While causing a lot of waste, the random disposal of distiller's grains also brings serious water pollution problems. [0003] Pleurotus eryngii is named for its aroma of almonds and the taste of fleshy flesh like abalone. It is a new rare edible fungus that has been successfully developed and cultivated in recent years and integrates edible, medicinal and the...
