The system comprises a server, a data processing device and multiple data acquisition devices arranged in a building. The method comprises steps that the data processing device acquires acquisition data acquired by the data acquisition devices and acquisition time corresponding to each acquisition data; the data processing device verifies the acquired acquisition data, stores acquisition data whose verification results are valid as valid-state data, and stores the storage time and the acquisition time of the valid-state data; and when the data processing device is in a network connection state, the stored valid-state data, the corresponding storage time and the corresponding acquisition time are sent to the serve.
