smoke exhaust and
pressure balance control method and
system for a
machine room microenvironment, and belongs to the technical field of
machine room environment control. According to the method, the
internal pressure, the
external pressure, the
smoke concentration and the temperature of a
machine room are monitored in real time through multiple sensors, the fire development stage is recognized, and the control weight is dynamically adjusted according to the stage, specifically,
smoke is discharged preferentially in the smoldering stage, pressure maintaining is preferentially performed in the
open fire stage, and gas replacement is preferentially performed in the later fire extinguishing stage. In the smoke exhaust process, the top smoke
exhaust valve, the under-floor smoke
exhaust valve and the two-way
pressure balance valve are cooperatively adjusted according to the real-
time pressure difference, and the
internal pressure is maintained within the safety range. Under extreme negative pressure, the space under the floor is utilized to generate air pressure pulse to assist smoke
discharge, and introduction of external air is reduced; meanwhile, a precise air conditioner and a cabinet fan are linked through a
communication interface, and heat dissipation of survival equipment is guaranteed. According to the method, multi-target cooperation of smoke exhaust, pressure maintaining and service continuity is realized, and the safety and the
recovery capability of the machine room in a
thermal runaway scene are remarkably improved.
