Abstract

The invention provides a vehicle axle single point temperature measurement device and method based on visible light and infrared multi-spectrum. The device includes an infrared multi-spectral sensor,a linear array visible light sensor and a spectral thermometer. The linear array visible light sensor is used for scanning a target region of a target point whose temperature is to be measured on thesurface of a vehicle axle and obtaining a visible light image of the target region. The infrared multi-spectral sensor positions the target point whose temperature is to be measured based on the visible light image of the target region and collects infrared multi-spectral radiation intensity data of the target point. The spectral thermometer is used for processing the infrared multi-spectral radiation intensity data to obtain the temperature of the target point. The measurement way combining infrared multi-spectral measurement with visible light imaging measurement is adopted. Through the measurement of infrared multispectral radiation intensity of the target, the temperature of the target point on the surface of the axle is measured. The temperature measurement target point of the axle ispositioned in real time through visible light imaging under the illumination of an active light source.
