Problems solved by technology

At present, the traditional spreader used in clinical surgery can only meet the problem of angle adjustment on one plane, and cannot meet the angle adjustment on other planes.
When using traditional spreaders to adjust the distance between adjacent pedicle screws, the position of the applied force on the adjacent pedicle screws is not uniform, which requires high surgical skills for doctors and increases the difficulty of surgery

Abstract

The invention discloses a spacing distance adjusting device for percutaneous pedicle screws. The device comprises a force-applying forcep assembly and two abutting assemblies. The force-applying forcep assembly is provided with connection ends and a handle structure used for driving the connection ends to fold or open. The two abutting assemblies respectively correspond to the two connection endsone by one. The abutting assemblies comprise first abutting parts, first connecting-rod parts, second connecting-rod parts and third connecting-rod parts. One end of each first connecting-rod part isprovided with a forcep opening and the other end thereof is fixedly connected with one end of each first connecting-rod part. The other end of each first connecting-rod part is rotatably connected toone end of each second connecting-rod part and provided with a first locking structure. The other end of each second connecting-rod part is rotatably connected with one end of each third connecting-rod part and equipped with a second locking structure. The other end of each connecting-rod part is rotatably connected with each connection end and provided with a third locking structure. The spacingdistance adjusting device for the percutaneous pedicle screws can reliably and stably adjust the spacing distance of the two percutaneous pedicle screws. Therefore, the pedicle screws are convenientlyscrewed such that connection rods and the pedicle screws are secured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a device for adjusting the distance between percutaneous pedicle screws. Background technique [0002] Spine minimally invasive surgery process: drive in the pedicle screw → insert the connecting rod into the end cap of the pedicle screw → adjust the distance between the pedicle screws → screw in the locking screw to lock the connecting rod and the pedicle screw, Complete spacing fixation between pedicle screws. [0003] Since the positions of the pedicles between the vertebrae are not on the same straight line and on the same plane, and are distributed randomly in three-dimensional space, the positions between the end caps of the two pedicle screws that have been driven into the spine are not even. However, the traditional spreaders used in clinical surgery can only meet the angle adjustment problem on one plane, and cannot satisfy the angle adjustment on other plan...
