Abstract

This hygienic cleaning device is provided with a heat exchanger (700) for heating cleaning water, a cleaning nozzle (831), a bubble-generating unit (560) for generating cleaning bubbles, a spraying nozzle (550) for discharging the cleaning bubbles onto a toilet inner surface, a spraying nozzle drive unit (550a) for driving the spraying nozzle (550), an opening / closing valve (530a) for opening andclosing a branching flow channel (530), and a control unit (130). The control unit (130) rotates the spraying nozzle drive unit (550a) forward and in reverse while varying the output of a delivered water amount varying unit (516), and controls the direction of a discharge port of the spraying nozzle (550) so that cleaning bubbles are sprayed in at least a two-way rotating action throughout the inner periphery of the toilet. A hygienic cleaning is thereby provided with which a film of bubbles is formed from the front through to the rear of the toilet inner surface, and adhesion of stains can beminimized.
