The circuit comprises an LED lamp; a detection circuit which is configured to detect a reference voltage generated by a PFC (powerfactor correction) circuit in a switching power supply; a control circuit which is configured to generate a first control signal when the detected reference voltage is not within a preset range; and aconduction circuit which is configured to respond to the first control signal, connecting the PFC circuit and the LED lamp. The PFC circuit supplies power to the LED lamp, so as to turn on the LED lamp.
