The point to point transmission neighbor node selecting method comprises the following steps: judging the type of a pre-selected node; comparing the data fragmentation contained in the pre-selected node with the data fragmentation contained in all first class nodes connected with the pre-selected node to obtain the number of the differential fragmentation compared with the data fragmentation contained in the pre-selected node if the pre-selected node is a first class node; selecting a preset number of first class nodes connected with the pre-selected node as the neighbor nodes of the pre-selected node according to the number of the differential fragmentation; and selecting a preset number of first class nodes connected with the pre-selected node as the neighbor nodes of the pre-selected node according to the size of the remaining receiving bandwidthof the first class nodes connected to the pre-selected node if the pre-selected node is a second class node.
