The batching mechanism comprises a split pipe and a hot source a, wherein the split pipe is arranged to be on the coaxial line with the rotating axis of the extruding assembly and can rotate around the self axis, and the heat source a cantransfer heat energy to the split pipe. The split pipe receives the solid materials and can produce the molten raw materials. The discharging end surface of the bottom of the split pipe is provided with a split groove which communicates with an inner cavity of the split pipe and formed in an arc shape. The batching mechanism further comprises a split-driving mechanism used for driving the split pipe to rotate around the self axis.
