Abstract

The invention provides a forecasting method for a customer purchase intention and a terminal device, and is applicable to the technical field of information processing. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining personal characteristic data of a customer; inputting the personal characteristic data into a pre-established random forest model to output an objective purchase intention value of the customer; obtaining the subjective purchase intention value of the customer according to the emotion tendency of the customer in the historical telesales process; weighting the objective purchase intention value and the subjective purchase intention value, and outputting the weighted result as the actual purchase intention degree of the customer; and determining the customer with the actualpurchase intention degree greater than the preset threshold value as a potential customer to enable the telesales agent to make phone calls to potential customers and sell the telesales product. The forecasting method provided by the invention integrates a plurality of consideration factors to determine the potential customers, thereby improving the forecasting accuracy of the potential customers;and the quantitative calculation of the purchase intention of the customer is realized by weighting the objective purchase intention value and the subjective purchase intention value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of information processing, and in particular relates to a method for predicting a customer's purchase intention and a terminal device. Background technique [0002] Currently, product marketing methods include telephone marketing, email marketing and SMS marketing. Telemarketing is a method of expanding the customer base in a planned, organized and efficient manner by using the telephone. In order to avoid telemarketing agents who can only make a large number of calls randomly and rely on luck to sell products to each call recipient, at present, major companies are starting to realize personalized and precise marketing. Specifically, through in-depth analysis of the collected personal characteristic data of each user, the different consumption characteristics of different customers are determined, so that the customer is confirmed as a potential customer only when the product to be sold matches the customer...
