AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows for better connections between elements and silicon rubber without requiring complicated steps or adding extra materials like liquids that may affect their performance. It achieves this by arranges certain parts of an element into specific shapes while still being able to hold it securely during use. Additionally, there're some designs where multiple layers of material (liquid) are added onto top ends of the formed component instead of just one layer). These improvements improve its durability and effectiveness over existing methods.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to connecting silicon-based parts with an organopolysiloxane composition without these drawbacks such as being easily damaged during manufacturing processes due to oxide formation, difficulty in handling smaller pieces, complex operations required for preparation of certain types of adhesive agents, etcetera

Embodiment 1

[0031] A method for connecting injection-molded silica gel and components, comprising the following steps: S-1, pre-arranging the components to be connected in a molding mold; S-2, injecting liquid silica gel into the molding mold by vertical injection molding, so that The liquid silica gel is immersed in the lower end of the element; S-3, after the liquid silica gel is cooled, the molded silica gel is demoulded. In the present invention, the liquid silicone is molded by injection molding.

[0032] The component used in this embodiment is a plastic part, the lower end of the plastic part is arranged with a plurality of holes and / or a plurality of protrusions 1, each of the holes is a blind hole 3 and / or a through hole 2, and the plastic part The lower end and the molded silica gel are embedded into each other through each of the holes and / or protrusions 1 . The holes and / or protrusions 1 are arranged arbitrarily, can be arranged horizontally and vertically, and can also be st...

Embodiment 5

[0039] The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the lower end of the element includes at least one protruding end 5 and a connecting end matching each of the protruding ends 5, and each of the holes and / or protrusions 1 is located at the on the connecting end. In this embodiment, there are two protruding ends 5, and one connecting end, and the connecting end is a rectangular frame 6, and the surface where the rectangular frame 6 is located has a certain curvature. The ends of each of the protruding ends 5 are arranged on the rectangular frame 6 .

[0040] In other embodiments, the number of the rectangular frames 6 may be multiple, and the number of the protruding ends 5 may also be multiple. For example, a rectangular frame 6 is arranged at the end of each extending end 5 , or at least two extending ends are arranged on a part of the rectangular frame 6 , and one extending end 5 is arranged on the remaining rectangular frames 6 .

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for connecting injection-molded silica gel with a component. The method comprises the steps that the to-be-connected component is pre-arranged in a molding mould; theliquid silica gel is injected into the molding mould, and the liquid silica gel is immersed at the lower end of the component; and the molded silica gel is demoulded after the liquid silica gel is cooled. A plurality of holes and/or protrusions are designed at the lower end of the to-be-connected component, the holes are blind holes and/or through holes, and the holes and the protrusions are inclined relative to the connecting surface of the component and the silica gel. According to the design of the method, the contact area between the component and the molded silica gel is increased, and meanwhile, the lower end of the component and the molded silica gel are embedded into each other through the holes and/or the protrusions. By means of the method for connecting injection-molded silica gel with the component, reliability of connecting of the silica gel and the component is improved, and the method can be widely used in the field of moulds.
