The upper side of the supporting seat is movably provided with the horizontal plate through a rotating shaft. The lower side of one end of the horizontal plate is provided with a telescopic rod. The lower side of the telescopic rod is in transmission connection with the telescopicmotor. The lower side of the telescopic motor is mounted in the upper side of the table lamp base. A strip-shaped groove is formed in the interior of the upper side of the horizontal plate.
