Abstract

The invention relates to a manufacturing technology of a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) composite material. The manufacturing technology comprises the following steps ofpasting the front side and back side of a weaving fabric, and using as a base material; attaching a TPU elastic thin film to the front side of the base material by a hot press calendering type; then,attaching a PVC elastic thin film to the back side of the base material, so as to obtain the TPU and PVC composite material. The manufacturing technology has the advantages that by adopting the method, the TPU and the PVC can be well combined; the product is the non-poisonous environment-friendly material, and can be applied to the fields of rescue, sports, livelihood of people and the like; therequirement of convenient processing is also met.
