The apparatus comprises a model framework, a landslide model positioned in the model framework, a seepage device positioned in the model framework,a loading device positioned above the landslide model and passing through the model framework, and a measuring device positioned in the model framework, wherein the seepage device is used for injecting water into the periphery of the landslide model to simulate the water content change of the landslide model through the water level change of the water, the loading device is used for applying loadto the top slope of the landslide model, and the measuring device dynamically monitors the water content change of the landslide model in order to measure the stability of landslide model with different water content values. A real weight landslide simulation three-dimensional space model meeting geometric similarity conditions is established through simulating the stability of the landslide modelunder different water content value conditions and simulating the stability of the landslide models under different externally applied forces, and the apparatus has the advantages of open structure,flexibility and convenience in installation, and extensive application.
