Problems solved by technology
This ablation mechanism is operator dependent, cumbersome and time consuming
Second, the target tissue moves due to patient movement, respiratory motion, normal peristalsis, and vascular pulsation, resulting in inconsistent ablation depth of the target tissue and resulting in uneven ablation
However, tumor ingrowth continues to be a significant problem affecting stent lifetime
Covered stents offer a good solution for ingrowth, but tumor compression can lead to stent obstruction and dysfunction
Traditional coverings on stents, such as silicone, are poor thermal conductors and cannot allow successful heat therapy after the stent has been deployed

[0321] The present description relates to an ablation device comprising a catheter having one or more centering or unit attachments at one or more ends of the catheter for securing the catheter and its infusion port at a distance from The ablation device is a fixed distance that is not affected by the movement of the organ. The arrangement of the one or more spray ports allows for uniform spraying of the ablative agent, resulting in uniform ablation of large areas, such as encountered in ablation of Bartley's esophagus or endometrium. The flow of the ablative agent is controlled by a microprocessor and depends on the length of the area of tissue to be ablated, the type and depth of the tissue to be ablated, and the distance of the infusion port in or from the tissue to be ablated one or more factors.
[0322] The present specification also relates to a disposable water vapor generating system capable of real-time, on-demand generation of micro-doses of water vapor. The dis...

Abstract
Ablation catheters and systems include in-line chambers for containing and heating an ablative agent. The heating chamber includes one or more channels to increase the contact surface area of the ablative agent with the walls of the heating chamber to provide more efficient heating. Induction heating is used to heat the chamber and vaporize the fluid within by wrapping a coil around the ferromagnetic chamber and supplying an alternating current to the coil. A magnetic field is formed in the area surrounding the chamber and induces an electric current in the chamber, heating the chamber and vaporizing the internal fluid. The positioning elements help maintain the device in the correct position relative to the target tissue and also prevent passage of the ablative agent to normal tissue.
