The method comprises the following steps: according to parameters set by the master server for each slave server, configuring data synchronization configuration of each slave server in the master server, and acquiring multiple different branch sub-tree data pre-selected by the master server; loading the data synchronization configuration to each slave server; and according to the data synchronization configuration and a copying algorithm, copying the multiple different branch sub-tree data to each slave server, and integrating the multiple different branch sub-tree data into a new data tree by each slave server according to an original organizational framework of the master server.
