Abstract

The invention discloses an aeration turbulence device of a microalgae column reactor. The aeration turbulence device comprises a reactor, an aeration disc, an admission pipe, a gas flowmeter, a valve,turbulence plates, micro holes, a grooved cork and an exhaust pipe. The reactor adopts a closed cylinder with a plug; the aeration disc is arranged at the bottom of the reactor; the aeration disc isformed by a spiral pipe with a uniform plane; the number of spiral rings is 4 to 6; the micro holes with the same diameters are uniformly formed in the spiral pipe of the aeration disc. The admissionpipe is led into the reactor through the grooved cock at the center of the top of the reactor; the tail end of the admission pipe is communicated with a central pipe orifice in the aeration disc; an exhaust vent is further formed in the grooved cork. The gas flowmeter and the valve are sequentially arranged on the admission pipe at the outer part of the reactor; 4 to 6 disc turbulence plates inclined at certain angle to the horizontal plane are fixed at equal intervals on the admission pipe inside the reactor; the turbulence plates are arranged in an interval parallel manner; the included angle between every two adjacent turbulence plates is 30 to 60 degrees; the tail ends of the adjacent turbulence plates are not intersected with each other.
