According to the control method, the compensation mode of each distributed static series compensator in the circuit is determined according to the electric power system dispatching instrument; in the determined compensation mode, the number of the distributed static series compensators needed to be input is determined, so that the output voltage of each distributed static series compensator is greater than the voltage threshold value;and therefore, the operating efficiency of each distributed static series compensator is improved effectively.
