Abstract

An electronic signature method with an anti-tamper function method is implemented by a network server communicable with an electronic device. The method mainly includes: receiving the track information via a network server when a signer inputs the signature track through an electronic device, and capturing a dynamic image message. The dynamic image message includes a handwritten signature track ofthe signer and a dynamic image of the signer. Then, the original data file of the track message, the dynamic image message and the signature is taken as a signature data file, and then a set of encrypted verification values are generated according to the position of the signature track in the signature data file and the position of the dynamic image, and are combined in the signature data file. Finally, a signature data file including a signature track and a dynamic picture is displayed through a touch screen of the electronic device.
