Abstract

The method is formed by direct current capacitanceand voltage control and active power-frequency droop control based on load decreasing control. In the direct current capacitance and voltage control, according to a power grid frequency deviation, adirect voltage reference value is adjusted via a proportional controller and an amplitude limiting link, and charging/discharging power of a direct current capacitor of a DC/AC inverter side is changed. In the load decreasing control, through increasing a photovoltaic array outlet voltage, a photovoltaic system acquires certain standby power. In the active power-frequency droop control, through proportion control of a variable coefficient, a droop coefficient and the photovoltaic system standby power form a direct ratio, and according to the power grid frequency deviation and the droop coefficient, an active power increase/decrease amount participating in frequency adjusting is calculated so that a photovoltaic system possesses power up-regulation and down-regulation capabilities when a power grid frequency is changed. In the invention, a frequency modulation capability of a three-phase two-level type photovoltaic system can be fully performed in time-varying illumination and temperature environments.
