The route forming mechanism comprises a box-shaped frame, a hard template disc detachably fixed to the frame and a route frame fixed to the interior of the frame through a telescopic rod. The RFID antenna production device has the beneficial effects that through the technical scheme, an antenna of an RFID is printed by adopting an ink-jet printing mode, the device can be suitable for antennasin different shapes, and antennas in needed shapes can be printed just by setting printing in a program. Meanwhile, compared with common ink-jet printing devices, a mold plate and the route forming mechanism are arranged above the printing spray head, the problem that the moving error of the spray head of the ink-jet printing device in the prior art is big is solved, therefore the RFID antenna production device can accurately print various types of antennas, is flexible to use and high in universality.
