Problems solved by technology

Microbial herbicides are easily affected by environmental and climatic factors, and their control effects are slow and unstable, which restricts their development. In addition, due to the physiological characteristics of microbial cells themselves, there is currently no effective solution to the technical bottleneck of long-term storage of biological cells at room temperature, making biological herbicides impossible. Long-term storage like chemical herbicides is at a disadvantage compared with chemical herbicides, which greatly hinders the pace of registration and development of biological herbicides

Abstract

The invention discloses a Fermentation method of alternaria tenuissima. The fermentation method comprises the following steps: taking out an alternaria tenuissima culture HZ-1 stored at 4 DEG C; picking up part of bacterial colony and inoculating the same to a fresh PDA culture medium to be cultured, then picking up part of the bacterial colony from the culture medium and inoculating the same to afresh PDA culture medium, and repeating the step 2-3 times to obtain an activated HZ-1 culture which is vigorous in growing power; taking the HZ-1 culture cultured for 7d in a petri dish, perforating8mm bacterial cakes by a perforator, and inoculating the bacterial cakes 10 / L into the PDA liquid culture medium; and culturing the cakes in an oscillator, and filtering the mixture to obtain a HZ-1fermenting liquid. According to the fermentation method, the culture HZ-1 is reproduced massively, thereby laying a theoretical foundation for industrial production and further popularization and application of a biological fungicide.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of herbicide development, and in particular relates to a fermentation method of Alternaria ultrafines. Background technique [0002] Weeds refer to non-cultivated plants growing in farmland, which compete with crops for nutrients, sunlight, water, space, etc. Some weeds can promote the occurrence of crop diseases and insect pests, thereby reducing the yield and quality of crops. And some weed fruits and pollen contain toxins, which can cause human and animal poisoning. Therefore, the control of weeds has always been crucial in agricultural production, and the most widely used methods of weed control are artificial control and chemical control. Since humans began to engage in agricultural production, weeds have been removed manually or with simple agricultural tools. Although the control effect of this method is good, it is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and it cannot prevent a wide range of weeds in a ...
