The invention discloses a bacterial strain antagonistic to pathogenic bacteria of jujube fruit shrink disease and an application of the bacterial strain. The antagonistic bacteria provided by the invention are bacillus subtilis STO-45 of which the microbial collection number is CGMCC No.9026. The bacillus subtilis STO-45 is separated from soil at the root of a healthy jujube tree and has remarkable and efficient antagonistic effect on the pathogenic bacterial of the jujube fruit shrink disease of jujube trees; the bacillus subtilis STO-45 further is capable of effectively inhibiting the alternaria tenuissima mycelia of the pathogenic bacteria of the jujube fruit shrink disease from growing and preventing and treating plant diseases induced by the pathogenic bacteria of the jujube fruit shrink disease; besides, the bacterial strain can be applied to the aspects of preventing and treating various pathogenic bacteria of the jujube fruit shrink disease, and jujube fruit anthracnose and a plurality of other tree diseases, and the like; and as a result, the bacterial strain is high in prevention effect and good in environmental safety, and has biological prevention and control potential as well as excellent development and application prospects.

Molecular detection primer and method for potato rhizoctonia solani

The invention relates to a molecular detection primer and method for potato rhizoctonia solani, and solves the actual problems of time and labor waste during detection of potato rhizoctonia solani disease and difficult distinguishing and identification of various fungi during complex infection in a conventional method. The molecular detection method comprises the following steps: by taking the standard strains of an anastomosis group capable of causing the rhizoctonia solani disease of potato tissues as positive materials, the potato tissues as negative materials, and phytophthora infestans causing potato late blight, alternaria dauci causing potato early blight and three main fusaria which cause potato dry rot as identification materials, extracting total DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) respectively, and performing PCR (polymerase chain reaction) detection by specific primers, wherein the positive materials can be amplified to obtain specific fragments and the stripes cannot be generated on the negative materials and the identification materials. The molecular detection method is simple, accurate in result, high in sensitivity and good in repeatability, and can be applied to detection of a large amount of samples.

Construction of trichoderma harzianum engineering strain having strong wide-spectrum pathogenic fungus parasitic capability and applications of the strain

Construction of trichoderma harzianum engineering strain having strong wide-spectrum pathogenic fungus parasitic capability and applications of the strain are disclosed. That Nox1-mediated H2O2 is an important bacteriostatic component in a process of hyperparasitism of SQR-T037 on pathogenic funguses is found for the first time by the inventor. Research shows that a muton loses capability of hyperparasitism on sclerotinia sclerotiorum, fusarium oxysporum and sclerotium rolfsii when a gene nox1 is knocked out, and when a complementary nox1-expressing muton is constructed, the hyperparasitism capability of a wild type is recovered, thus confirming that the Nox1 directly regulates and controls hyperparasitism of the SQR-T037 on pathogenic funguses. An engineering fungus overexpressing the nox1 is constructed to increase the H2O2 concentration on hypha surfaces and to significantly increase capability of hyperparasitism of botryis cinerea, alternariasp, fusarium oxysporum, sclerotinia sclerotiorum, rhizoctonia solani and sclerotium rolfsii. The strain and the applications can effectively overcome a problem that disease inhibiting effects and field application effects of functional funguses are unstable in application of microbe preparations mainly comprising trichoderma and related fertilizers.
