[0034] Collect the rhizosphere soil of mangrove plants in the Beibu Gulf of Guangxi (within 5 mm from the roots), weigh 2.0 g of the soil sample and put it in a conical flask with 20 ml of sterile water (with glass beads inside), shake it up by hand; -2 and 0 -3 Dilution of the sample solution. Take 200 μl samples and place them in 6 different media for coating, put them in an incubator at 28°C for 20 days, observe the morphological characteristics of the colonies, and pick the colonies for purification. The purified strains were placed in 20% (v / v) glycerol and frozen at -80°C.

[0035] The plant pathogenic strains tested were Banana Anthracnose, Mango Anthracnose, Pearl Plum Anthracnose, Botrytis, Fusarium oxysporum No. 4 and No. 1, and Alternaria were provided by Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

Abstract

The invention discloses Streptomyces sp.B5017. The Streptomyces sp.B5017 is characterized in that the preservation number is CCTCC NO: M2019648, and the Streptomyces sp.B5017 is classified and named as Streptomyces sp.B5017. Tests show that the marine-derived streptomyces new strain disclosed by the invention has the effect of antagonizing various phytopathogens, and has an inhibiting effect on gloeosporium musarum, colletotrichum gloeosporioides, colletotrichum pearl plum, botryosphaeria dothidea, fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 4, fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 1 microspecies or alternaria alternata. Fermentation liquor prepared from the Streptomyces sp.B5017 disclosed by the invention can effectively avoid withered and yellow withering of leaves caused by the fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 4 and race 1 in potting experiments, which proves that the Streptomyces sp.B5017 is capable of effectively preventing and treating banana wilt and enhancing the disease resistanceof bananas, has good ecological benefits and social benefits, and has a good application prospect when being developed as a biocontrol agent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microorganisms, and in particular relates to a strain of Streptomyces 5017 and its application in antagonizing plant pathogenic bacteria. Background technique [0002] As the second largest fruit crop in the world, banana is rich in potassium, magnesium and crude fiber, rich in nutrition, and it is also the largest fruit in world trade, with high economic value. Banana wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.cubense.Foc has limited the cultivation and sustainable development of bananas due to its rapid spread, rapid onset and serious damage. At present, there is no effective control method and chemical agents that can completely control the disease. Long-term use of chemical fungicides can easily damage the ecological environment of the soil, promote the development of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, and endanger human health. [0003] In recent years, the application of microorganisms to control banana wil...
