The invention discloses a control method for scab of pears. The method comprises the following steps: selecting to use a
disease-resistant variety, including selecting a variety which is relatively good in
disease resistance in garden building; eliminating over-wintering
pathogen sources, including sweeping fallen leaves and dropped fruits when autumn changes into winter, and burning the fallen leaves and dropped fruits in a concentrated manner; before
pear trees sprout in early spring, combined with trimming, removing diseased shoots, to reduce
infection sources, and spraying a biological
drug; controlling in an artificial manner, including searching and
cutting off the diseased shoots, diseased leaves, and diseased fruits in time in April to May each year, deeply burying or burning the diseased shoots, diseased leaves, and diseased fruits; enhancing planting management, including additionally applying an
organic fertilizer to enhance tree vigor and improve tree
disease resistance; controlling by drugs, including determining types and spraying frequency of drugs according to different growing periods and disease conditions. Through the above method, the method uses a comprehensive
control measure, and
control effect on scab is substantial, and loss caused by the scab is reduced.
