Abstract

The invention discloses streptomyces carpaticus with the preservation number being CCTCC NO: M2019120 and taxonomically named as Streptomyces carpaticusn T33. The test shows that the streptomyces carpaticus can inhibit plant pathogenic bacteria, and has obvious antagonistic effects on banana anthracnose, mango anthracnose, pearl plum anthracnose, botryosphaeria, banana fusarium oxysporum No. 4 andalternaria alternata. Therefore, the streptomyces carpaticus can be used for biological control, the strain and the fermentation liquor of the streptomyces carpaticus have potential value of developing plant pathogenic bacteria inhibitors and have good application prospects. In addition, research discovers that the fermentation liquor of the strain can enhance the disease resistance of banana seedlings and remarkably promote growth of banana plants, and can be used as a banana growth promoter. In summary, the streptomyces carpaticus with biological control and banana growth promoting characteristics has important significance for safe and sustainable development of the agriculture.
