A box body is internally and fixedly provided with a third motor through a bolt. An outer ring of an output shaft of the third motor is fixedly sleeved with a gear. The top of the gear is provided with a movable plate which is in sliding connection with the box body. One side of a baffle is provided with a fixing plate. One side of the fixing plate is fixedly provided with a second motor through a bolt. An output shaft of the second motor is connectedwith a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft and a brushing plate are located on the same side.
