The invention relates to a construction method for a dust removing and water draining macroporous asphalt road surface containing a graded broken stone composite layer. The construction method is characterized in that the road surface structure is arranged to be sequentially provided with a lower layer, a middle layer, a waterproof and cracking-resistant layer, a dust removing composite layer and an upper layer from bottom to top. The construction method of the road surface comprises the steps that firstly, construction of a base layer is completed on a pad layer, and paving and compacting of the lower layer and the middle layer are performed; secondly, the waterproof and cracking-resistant layer is constructed on the surface of the middle layer, the graded broken stone fixing layer is paved on the surface of the waterproof and cracking-resistant layer through a rubber wheel paving machine, and a dust removing pipeline is fixed; finally, the upper layer of the macroporous asphalt road surface is paved. According to the macroporous asphalt road surface constructed through the method, the water draining, noise lowering and slip resisting capacities can be effectively recovered and kept, the service life is prolonged, the water draining efficiency and the accumulated snow melting efficiency are improved, the bulk temperature is lowered, traffic safety is guaranteed, and the traffic environment is optimized.
