The provided health-care product for improving the bone density is prepared from double calcium sources of the calcium phosphate and calcium citrate. Different from the calcium carbonate, thecalcium phosphate does not cause phenomena of flatulence, hiccup, etc. formed by a large amount of carbon dioxide in the stomach; and the calcium citrate is high in absorption rate and suitable for consumers to take at any time.
