The present application relates to the technical field of
biotechnology, and discloses a method for extracting menotropin from
urine of
postmenopausal women, which comprises the following steps: S1, filtering the
urine of
postmenopausal women, adjusting the pH value to 4-4.5, adding modified kaolin and mixing, adding
perlite and mixing, standing, filtering, and
drying to obtain kaolin adsorbate; S2, adding
desorption liquid to the kaolin adsorbate, performing secondary
desorption, combining the filtrates of the two times, adjusting the pH value to 8.2-8.7, standing, adding
perlite and mixing, standing, filtering, ultrafiltering to obtain concentrated liquid, adjusting the pH value of the concentrated liquid to 5-5.5, adding
acetone and mixing, standing, suction filtering, dehydrating with
acetone, screening, and
drying to obtain menotropin; the modified kaolin is obtained by compounding kaolin with
chitosan first and then modifying the compound with amino
silane. Through the above technical scheme, the problems of low extraction yield and purity of menotropin in the related art are solved.
