Abstract

A blind signature electronic voting scheme is introduced into blockchain as a vote information database, each vote is written into a transaction data block and transmitted to a counting center, in addition, a monitoring mechanism is introduced into the method, then rights of operators can be limited, and the situation that fraud voting is resulted or the voting process is interfered and voting results are affected since rights of operators are too centralized, is avoided.
