The method comprises the steps of acquiring the brain blood oxygen scale index, the facial fatigue expression and the pupil closing degree of a driver; determining a first fatigue condition probability according to the brain blood oxygen scale index; determining a second fatigue condition probabilityaccording to the facial fatigue expression; determining a third fatigue condition probability according to the pupil closing degree; according to the fatigue driving prior probability, the first fatigue condition probability, the second fatigue condition probability and the third fatigue condition probability, determining the fatigue driving posterior probability. The fatigue prior probability isthe fatigue probability of a previous test on the driving fatigue condition of the driver. According to the invention, three indexes are adopted at the same time to determine the fatigue driving probability of the driver. Therefore, the evaluation is more comprehensive and more accurate.
