Abstract

The invention provides a broadband adaptive frequency tracking system and a method. The system comprises an instantaneous frequency measurement module, a storage module, a control code generation module and a frequency integration module, wherein the instantaneous frequency measurement module is used for carrying out frequency measurement on a received emission pulse signal and acquiring a frequency code; the storage module is used for storing an association relation table of the frequency code and a control code; the control code generation module is connected to the instantaneous frequency measurement module and the storage module and is used for searching and generating the control code from the storage module according to the frequency code measured by the instantaneous frequency measurement module; and the frequency integration module is connected to the control code generation module and is used for generating a local oscillation signal according to the control code generated bythe control code generation module. In each repetition period of the emission pulse signal, actual intermediate frequency signals after frequency mixing of a radar receiver are in an optimum processing frequency band so that the adaptive rapid frequency tracking function of the received local oscillation signal to the emission pulse signal is realized; and receiver performance is guaranteed not tobe influenced by emission frequency drift and tactical performance of a radar integration machine is ensured.
