The method comprises the steps that image information of a current elevator user is acquired, and biological feature information, in the image information, of the current elevator user is extracted; a preset user database is queried according to the biological feature information, wherein image information of multiple known dangerous users and a safety level corresponding to all the known dangerous users are stored in the user database, and the safety level corresponding to the known dangerous users is a first level; and the safety level of the current elevator user is determined according to the query result, and if the safety level is the first level, a first alarming strategy corresponding to the firstlevel is executed. Through the dangerous user recognition and alarming method and device, the whole dangerous user recognition process does not need artificial participation, and identity recognitionand alarming of a dangerous person can be realized accurately in real time.
