Abstract

The invention relates to simple type gas sampling device and equipment for a nitrogen reflow furnace. The gas sampling device comprises: a sampling pipe, a sealing cover plate and a quick coupling, wherein one end of the sampling pipe goes deep into the hearth and is used for extracting a sample gas from the furnace; the sealing cover plate is fixed on the outer side of the furnace body, and a hole for the quick coupling to pass through is formed in the sealing cover plate; and an input end of the quick coupling passes through the hole to be connected with the other end of the sampling pipe. Compared with the prior art, the simple type gas sampling device provided by the invention has good airtightness: in the gas sampling device, with only one joint between the quick coupling and the sampling pipe, the problem of poor airtightness possibly caused by various connections is reduced.
