Abstract

The invention provides an item display auxiliary management system, comprising: a personal digital assistant (PDA), a background server and electronic labels. The PDA is used to: obtain a shelf identifier and send the shelf identifier to the background server; receive and show item display information to a user; and send electronic label identifiers on a shelf to the background server in a predetermined order after the electronic labels are set on each layer of the shelf by the user according to the number of electronic labels on each layer of the shelf in the item display information. The background server is used to: receive the shelf identifier, find the item display information according to the shelf identifier, and send the item display information to the PDA; and receive the electronic label identifiers, determine corresponding item information according to the receiving order of the electronic label identifiers, and send the corresponding item information to the electronic labels. The electronic tags are used to: display the corresponding item information. When the item display auxiliary management system provided by the invention is used for displaying items, the paperlessoperation of the item display can be realized, the time is saved and the cost is reduced.
