Abstract

The invention discloses a linear voltage stabilizer with self-adaptive enhanced power supply suppression, which consists of a base voltage module, an adaptive enhancement EA module, a PMOS power tube,two voltage sharing feedback resistors and a load impedance. The input end of the linear voltage stabilizer is respectively connected with the source electrodes of the base voltage module and the power tube MP. The output end of the base voltage module is connected with the NP end of the adaptive enhancement EA module. The voltage sharing feedback resistors are connected in series and are connected with the load impedance in parallel. One end point of the parallel connection is grounded and the other end point is connected with the drain electrode of the power tube MP as the output end of thelinear voltage stabilizer. The voltage sharing node is connected with the NF end of the adaptive enhancement EA module. The output end of the self-adaptive enhancement EA module is connected with thegrid electrode of the power tube MP. The adaptive PSRR characteristic enhancement technology presented by this invention enables the loop main poles to change with the output poles adaptively according to the LDO load condition. Meanwhile, the loop is kept stable by utilizing the dynamic zero tracking technology and the higher PSR characteristic is kept in a wider frequency range.
