The invention discloses an H5 page calling method, apparatus and device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of adding offline resource packages to an application package to generate offline packages when the offline resource packages of an H5 page are received, and storing the offline packages; receiving a request instruction of requesting to obtain the offlinepackages, sent by a terminal, and determining a corresponding target offline package from the stored offline packages according to an identifier carried in the request instruction; and sending the target offline package to the terminal, thereby enabling the terminal to call the H5 offline resource package from the target offline package. According to the scheme, the offline packages are generatedby the offline resource packages of the H5 page and are stored in a cloud server; when the request instruction of requesting to obtain the offline packages is received, the offline packages stored ina cloud end are sent to the terminal; and when accessing the H5 page, the terminal directly accesses the offline resource packages in local offline packages, so that remote pulling of H5 page loadingis avoided, the loading efficiency is improved, and resources and flow are saved.
