Abstract

Phase corresponding to the central position of each microstructure included in the microstructure array can be determined by incident light wavelength, metasurface lens focallength, and projection distances of the center of the microstructure and the center of the metasurface lens on a phase modulation direction. The lens can effectively improve focusing efficiency of incident light in visible bands.
